February 20, 2019 — Business Over Breakfast

Zavitz Insurance is excited to welcome Joël Campagna, tax and estate planning specialist from Manulife, to our office to speak with local accountants. Joël is an engaging speaker with tax and estate knowledge above reproach. Life insurance can be far more dynamic than providing cash flow to survivors. Joël will address how it can be used to create retirement income whether corporate or personally owned and why it should be considered when there is an abundance of assets or other savings. He will also touch on the value of life insurance within the new passive income environment.

Joël is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has over 25 years of taxation experience including personal, corporate and international tax. He joined Manulife in 2008 after 11 years at a national accounting firm where he provided tax advice to private corporations and their shareholders as well as large multi-national public corporations. Prior to joining the national accounting firm, Joël spent four years with the Canada Revenue Agency as a Corporate Tax Auditor. In his current role with Manulife, Joël provides support and consultation to financial advisors and other partners to deliver integrated insurance, wealth and tax planning solutions.
